The building (Alpenglow), and the unit we stayed in, was a bit shabby, but the location was good, and the price affordable. Our lift tickets were not waiting for us when we checked in, but the person at the desk made sure that we got them later that evening. It was fine, I have no complaints with the property or Enjoy Whistler.

We had an excellent time! The room was simple, but very nice, everything we needed and more. There was a wifi router just for our room alone, extra towels upon request (great for "apres hot tub"), and a kitchenette w/ full size fridge, oven, microwave, etc. And check-in was very easy. The girl at the front desk was very nice and very willing to share information.Our room at Alpenglow was perfect for the 2 of us, plus a great price and very easy walk to the slopes and Village bars/restaurants. I would love to visit Whistler again, and when I do, I will definitely check out this service again. Thank you!

The staff at Enjoy Whistler were FIRST CLASS, very professional and warm, so we will be returning and booking with them again. The only problem was in the room, there was a noisy fan, so they need to fix this because it is hard to sleep.

Both quality of accommodation and the level of service was improved compared to last visit in April 2012. Also seen improvement with Enjoy Whistler booking, for instance, keeping in touch and giving a heads-up notice before the trip. I will be returning and booking with Enjoy Whistler again.

We enjoyed our stay very much...the staff was very helpful...our condo in 302 alpenglow was very quaint and had everything we needed. nice fireplace...fridge stove...great accommodations...great price...enjoyed Cornocopia very much...definitely will be back in whistler we usually like to go twice a year and with the great deal we got through you, we would definitely use your website again. thank you

Here is my feedback on my stay with Whistler Alpenglow suite 302. The Studio was very clean, comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen. I was missing and extra blanket and salt and pepper, and I didn't like that the hall way on 3rd floor was far too heated, and almost uncomfortable while waiting for elevator. Regarding the Front Desk service, I mostly dealt with Tanya who was very helpful and accommodating to any request. She was not able to lower much the heat at the hallway.
With regards to the service I had from the Enjoy Whistler staff I booked with, I send a special request after booking to request that my studio suite would have a balcony and received prompt and excellent service from Dinara! I definitely would stay again at the Alpenglow!

Our stay at Alpenglow for the Wanderlust yoga weekend was amazing. Having a hottub was a needed bonus. The room met our requirements, very clean, great central location for going to all our different classes and lectures. Easy check-in & check-out. Whistler is definite again destination and will use enjoyvacations.com for its ease in reserving and great hotel.

Thank YOU. Prior to this, we have only ever stayed at the Aspens in Whistler, which was fine, but we much prefer staying in the village. Our stay through you exceeded our expectations in every way. We will definitely book with you again and will request the Alpenglow again. Very clean, quiet, helpful, pleasant hotel. The tubing was the most fun I?ve had in years! The only thing I can think of that was less than stellar was that the bed was not that comfortable, but it?s hard to top the bed I have at home, and everything else gets top marks

I found the alpenglow a great value for the price, and the level of service was perfect. I was arriving late at night after the front desk was closed and they were able to accommodate this with no issue. I arrived at my room with my ski passes waiting and was told to check in after my first day of riding, allowing me to get a great start to my vacation. My room, #302, was the perfect size for a couple or a person staying by themselves, the unit was very clean and I found all the amenities to be exactly what I needed.
Enjoy Vacations made booking my trip to whistler very easy, they were able to give a bunch of different quotes to various hotels around the whistler village, allowing me to choose the best package for my budget. I had called a few separate occasions with questions regarding my shuttle and check in procedures and they were more than willing to help answer my questions.

The accommodation and facilities in available were fine and we were very comfortable. Our only negative comment is that the seats & table on the small balcony were dirty, and since we were in Whistler during some lovely weather we did on occasion want to eat out on the balcony in the evening.

Service was great. Friendly and helpful people at check in. Everything explained. I felt my business was valued. I liked the welcome letter in my room. The deck was very nice. The unit had all the necessary appliances. Though I did not need to cook, I think it would have been very difficult to do so because I could only see 1 pot in the cupboard. The quality and level of service from the Enjoy Vacations staff very knowledgeable and friendly. It was nice to see a photo & know exactly which unit I would be getting. I will use this service again. There are just too many choices for someone not familiar with Whistler to make an informed decision. This service took the mystery out of the equation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Whistler. The accommodation was great
and very central. We arrived late and had very good service from your
staff. We would definitely book through you again.
We were hoping to go on the River of Golden Dreams but couldn't find out
exactly why it wasn't open. We went on the zipline (very good experience)
instead and did a lot of cycling. Food was very good as usual. The
Squamish Hwy is so much better too, I felt very safe on it. Saw 4 bears and
1 baby bear, so that made it for us.

The rooms were fine but the service was good. I would not recommend that particular location if people are planning on going to bed early. You can hear the people coming home from the bars late at night.

The suite was nice however there was never anyone at the front desk of Alpenglow. The only time we saw someone there was when we first checked in Friday morning. The rest of the weekend there was no one to be seen at the front desk which made it hard to ask questions. would use the website again it was much cheaper than booking directly through Alpenglow

I thought the Alpenglow was excellent! It felt more like staying at a
condo than a hotel because we had no room service and had to take out the garbage at the end of our stay, but for the price we paid it was well worth it. The Alpenglow was in a great location for us to ski and explore the village nightlife. We also loved that the room had a kitchenette with pots, pans, cups, plates, and utensils and that it had a fireplace. Overall, I rate the Alpenglow a 5/5 because it was well worth the price for what we got.
I was blown away buy the Enjoy Vacations staff. They were always nice, helpful, and informative. More than once, they went out of their way to make my trip work and save me money. I really appreciate them taking their time and going above and beyond to make sure that my trip went well. They have a "no bs" approach that I love. I have no doubt in my mind that my next trip will be booked through them again.
Yes, I will be returning to Whistler again someday. I will book through EnjoyWhistler.com again because the website was very helpful, had the information I wanted, and didn't hide details. I really liked that it had the calendar for hotel rates. It made selecting when I wanted to make my trip very easy and I could be sure I was going to pay what I wanted. I'll also go through EnjoyWhistler.com because of the Enjoy Vacations staff .Overall, the site and staff were the complete package.
You guys did an excellent job and left me a happy and satisfied customer. Thanks again!

The accommodation was just fine. It served us very well. I'm not sure there was service, but I wasn't expecting there to be any because we were in an apartment. We expected a DVD player in our room so we brought DVDs. That was annoying, but not the end of the world. May want to update their amenities.

Our Studio Deluxe at Pinnacle represented a fair value for the money. The Service at a front desk was great! To our big surprise the room was ready upon the arrival at 10:30 a.m. That way we could start our hike the same day, so we did! Next day we were able to go to Pemberton and do the Joffre Lakes. WE HAD A GREET WEEK-END!!!
