Whistler Dog Sledding Tours

All our sled dogs are Alaskan Racing Huskies which are the dog of choice for Sled Dog Racers. An Alaskan Racing Husky is a cross breed of Husky and Greyhound and are friendly approachable dogs. When you arrive at the Dog sled Base camp in the Soo Valley (20 min. north of Whistler), your "Musher" will provide a full interpretation of the dogs and tour procedures.

Mush your own Dog Sled team! Step onto one of our traditional dog sleds behind your team of energetic and loveable Alaskan Racing Huskies and get ready for a unique backcountry journey. A professional dog sled musher will introduce you to this amazing Canadian sport and teach you the basics of driving your own sled. While on the trail, a professional guide will be nearby at all times, or you can ride with a guide.

Bonnie & Clyde’s Getaway
A roller coaster ride powered by Alaskan Huskies, this is a piece of Canadian History that is a must do activity while in Whistler. Cruise through narrow trails and pass by white capping rivers that lead you to the Canadian Dogsled Adventure Igloo. Here you get to strap on some snowshoes to check out the spectacular 140 Feet Alexander Falls. After you are tucked back into your toboggan while the dogs do all the work!
