Alpine Forecast
Alpine recreation forecast for the South Coast Mountains issued by
Environment Canada at 2 PM PST Thursday 11 March 2010.
The next mountain forecast will be issued at 5 AM Friday.
Synopsis..Another strong frontal system will approach the coast, giving heavy
precipitation and strong winds over Alpine areas tomorrow.
5 day trend..Precipitation will ease Saturday morning as a front
moves east of the region. Sunday should be mostly dry as a ridge of
high pressure builds over the area. Precipitation will return to the
area on Monday with the approach of a front.
