Whistler Blackcomb's Fire & Ice Show

Fireworks and spectacular big air jumps wow the crowds at the Fire & Ice Show. Whistler's best skiers and riders jump through a blazing ring of fire every Sunday night at 6:30 PM. The North Face Whistler Half Marathon
June 1, 2013
The third annual Whistler Half Marathon takes place on a beautiful and challenging 21.1-kilometer course that runs right through the Village. Come and cheer on the runners as they complete the most scenic marathon on the circuit. It sold out early last year so if you're looking to participate - sign up soon!
Tough Mudder
TBA, 2013
Dubbed as one of the most 'hardcore' obstacle courses and "probably the toughest event on the planet", Tough Mudder will challenge your strength, stamina in a team challenge. The course designed by British Special Forces, this adventure challenge also raises funds for the Wounded Warrior Project.
Whistler Children's Festival

This fun-filled weekend features plenty of hands-on art workshops led by professional artists in fine arts, crafts, theatre and performing arts, from across BC. The festival comes alive with free activities and entertainment by popular children's performers, roving musicians and zany characters. A great weekend for a family mini break, and take advantage of the warm mountain air.
Kokanee Crankworx
August 9 - 18, 2013
During this 10-day festival, the best downhill and freestyle mountain bikers in the world gather for Crankworx. For the ninth year running, the Whistler Mountain Bike Park serve as an open air stage showcasing stunt and trail engineering; not for the faint at heart.
Ironman Canada - Whistler

One of the toughest triathlons in the world is coming to town. Whistler will host IRONMAN Canada this summer with the racecourse incorporating its beautiful lakes, mountain roads and the Valley Trail network. Check out article on Ironman for more information!
RBC GranFondo Whistler

'The Big Ride' rolls into Whistler once again this year. This world-class event attracts up to 7,000 riders who climb there way up the scenic Sea to Sky highway in the 122 km race. It doesn't matter if you are a spectator or competitor, book early to secure your place to unwind in Whistler.
